What we collect

Transparent Maker uses an anonymous session so you can try the service without an account. We store session identifiers, task history and credit records. We use IP addresses and Cloudflare Turnstile checks to limit abuse and protect free credits.

If you create an account, we use your email address and account profile to sign you in and send email verification messages. If you choose Google login, we receive the profile information needed to create or link your account.

Your images

We store uploaded images and generated results in Cloudflare R2. A third-party AI service receives your image to remove its background. Background removal runs in the cloud, not solely on your device. File URLs must be reachable by the processing service; anyone with a public file URL may be able to access that file. Avoid uploading confidential material.

Payments

Stripe processes credit-pack payments. We keep order, payment status and credit records to fulfil purchases and resolve billing questions. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Cookies and usage information

Essential cookies keep your session and preferences. Security records help us detect abuse. If optional analytics are enabled, they help us understand visits and use of the service. Where cookie choices are offered, you can change them through Cookie settings. Optional analytics providers are separate from the services needed to run your account and process images.

Retention and deletion

Anonymous accounts become eligible for automatic deletion 30 days after creation, together with their works. Scheduled cleanup removes those accounts and queues stored files for deletion. Download results you want to keep, or create an account to retain your works when linking your anonymous session.

For registered accounts, we retain account details and works to provide the service. You can delete works or request account deletion. Payment and security records may be retained where needed to resolve disputes, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. Deletion of stored files runs through a background queue and is not instantaneous.

Sharing and security

We share the information needed with hosting, storage, authentication, email, AI and payment services. These services may operate in other countries and apply their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the service from abuse.

We use access controls and secure transport to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Contact us at support@transparentmaker.com to ask about your data, request access or correction, or request deletion. We may verify your identity before acting. We update the date on this page when this policy changes.
