Purchased credits

Purchased credits never expire. One image uses one credit. Credit packs are one-time purchases, with no recurring subscription charge.

Full refunds for unused packs

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from that credit pack. Once any credits from the pack have been used, that pack is not eligible for a refund under this policy. This policy does not limit rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer law.

After a refund, the unused credits from that purchase are removed from your account. Free promotional credits have no cash refund value.

Failed processing

If an image-processing task fails, the charged credits are automatically returned to your balance. This is a credit return, not a refund to your payment card. If you believe a failed task has not returned your credits, contact us with the task details.

How to request a refund

Contact us at support@transparentmaker.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your account email and order reference. Do not send card numbers or passwords. We check the purchase date and whether the pack has been used, then confirm the outcome.

Approved refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method. The time until the refund appears depends on your payment provider and bank.
