Terms of Service

Using Transparent Maker

By using Transparent Maker, you agree to these terms. The service removes the background from an image you upload and lets you download a transparent PNG. AI results vary; review the preview before using a result.

We accept JPG, PNG and WEBP. Images are prepared for cloud processing with a maximum of 5 MB, 16 megapixels and 4096px on the longest side. The shortest side must be at least 256px after preparation. Large images are resized or re-encoded, so output dimensions can differ from your original.

Accounts and free credits

You can try your first image without signing up. Anonymous sessions use Cloudflare Turnstile and abuse checks. Free credits are subject to daily availability and abuse limits.

Email verification or Google login qualifies an eligible account for 2 free credits, valid for 14 days. Keep your login details secure. Anonymous accounts and their works are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. When you link an anonymous session to an account, works transfer but unused anonymous credits do not.

Your images and responsibilities

Only upload images you have the right to use. You retain your rights in your uploads. You permit us and our service providers to store and process them to deliver the service. Images and results are stored in Cloudflare R2, and a third-party AI service performs background removal. Do not upload confidential material or content that violates others’ rights.

Do not bypass usage limits, create accounts to abuse free credits, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful activity. We may restrict access to prevent abuse or protect users.

Payments and credits

Sign in to buy a one-time credit pack. Stripe processes payment; we do not store full card numbers. One image uses one credit. Purchased credits never expire. Credit packs are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.

If a processing task fails, the charged credits are automatically returned. A purchase is eligible for a full refund within 14 days only if no credits from that pack have been used. Refunded credits are removed. See the Refund Policy for the request process.

Availability and results

The service depends on network access and external providers. Availability and processing time can vary. We do not guarantee that every image will produce a usable cutout. You are responsible for checking whether a result meets your needs and for keeping copies of images you want to retain.

Changes and contact

We may change the service or these terms. We update the date on this page when terms change. Contact us at support@transparentmaker.com for questions about accounts, credits or these terms.
